This book presents both basic and advanced level tools for the important and complex field of analyzing decision making problems under uncertainty. The presentation, starting with simple decision making case studies that are developed into the necessary sequence of logical arguments for their solution, has been carefully designed with the objective of allowing the reader to easily grasp the problem structure, and to then obtain clear insights into the different solution methodologies.
